FOLLOW is open to all ages but specifically designed for the next generation: middle school, high school students, young adults, and those who lead them. 

Registrants have the option of choosing from one of the following tracks: Youth/Student, Young Adult, or Leader (i.e. Lead Pastors, Lay Leaders, District and/or University Leaders, etc.)

Your group will arrive afternoon or early evening of December 28th.  

We will have the iZone open in the afternoon, and the first session will begin at 7:00 PM. More detailed check-in times and locations will be provided later.  

We will have full programming for the conference on December 30th. Your group will check out the morning of December 31st.  

This indicates how many people are assigned to a given room. 

There are four periods for registration—with each period that passes, registration raises an additional $20.00/person from the original super early bird price. (See QUAD rates below): 

Super Early Bird (Registration Launch – December 31, 2025) – $279/QUAD 

Early Bird (January 1, 2026 – July 31, 2026) – $299/QUAD  

Standard Rate (August 1, 2026 – December 14, 2026) – $319/QUAD 

[Please note: Housing cannot be assured for attendees who register after the Standard Rate window closes, you will be responsible for making your own housing arrangements] 

Conference admission depends on the room type and date that you register.  

Housing (up until the Standard Registration Deadline) is a flat fee added onto the rate determined by when you register and what room type you select (i.e. Quad, Double, Single) 

Standard all-inclusive rates include a three-night hotel stay and 2 meals for the duration of the event, as indicated in the programming schedule. 

General/Onsite Registration (No Meals/Housing Provided): $99/person 

Concert Only – $20/person 

We will accept online/card-only payments onsite for Concert and General Registrant (this does NOT include meal/housing) only. 

Refunds are available until Standard Rate for Registration closes (Dec. 14, 2026). We suggest you arrange open spots with another person/group. As we get closer to the event, refunds will be more difficult due to the contractual obligations with the Convention Center and hotels. We are required to meet certain budgetary targets leading up to the convention. 

Depending on availability, you will have the option of selecting between the following local options that we have negotiated rates with:  

Hilton NP, Hyatt Regency, Westin, Hampton Inn, Homewood Suites, Cincinnatian, Courtyard by Marriott, Towneplace Suites, NKY Mariott RiverCenter, NKY Embassy Suites RiverCenter 

Registrants select their own housing, based upon the options contracted.

Standard Conference Rate includes all programming/activities (the concert), 2 lunches at the Convention Center, and a three–night hotel stay.

We have a single rate available but recommend registering with your church group. 

Yes, assuring you let us know how many buses you will be bringing. We will work with the city to help coordinate parking. If you do not register your bus directly with us, our team cannot guarantee bus parking.

Yes. Bus or Drive rate is $329 for a three-night single hotel room (no conference admission included). 

Yes. This rate includes meals (2 lunches) but does not cover housing.

You can begin and ‘Save’ your information by inputting your group information into the registration system (via Bulk Registration Template or individual registration). You may periodically return to the system and finish ‘Incomplete’ registrations later, but payment must be made in full to ‘Complete’ the registration process.  

Rates and hotels are assigned on the day payment is made. To ensure the early bird rate, payment must be made in full.

No. You can select the number of attendees and rooms you need in the registration process and add or make changes to your registration/room allotments, but you must pay for rooms before selecting your hotel.  

Once ‘Complete’, you can book from any of the available hotel options.

No. Hotels and rates are assigned on the day payment is made in full.
